Sounded Like a Good Idea...

So.. JNW Designs was established somewhat on a whim.. i was asked by one of my doctors (my full time job being a nurse) if i could paint some Christmas ornaments for her.. i agreed not thinking anything of it. You see i dabble with painting.. been doing it since i was a kid. i won my first art contest in kindergarten.. i drew a lion if i remember correctly. anyway.. back to the point of the blog.. i returned to work, ornaments in hand, and was taken back with oohs and ahhs about how cute they were and in turn started receiving orders from practically everyone in the clinic! by the end of the day i had a list of over 30 ornaments to be completed before Christmas ( it being a week til Christmas.. just to throw that out there). today i was discussing my new found fame in ornament painting with a co-worker and she wanted to put in an order for next year and mentioned that i should have some sort of business card or website! me.. a website with my designs.. craziness!! she was sure that after people received my ornaments as presents they would want to know who painted them and where they could get some for next year. so i thought a blog with pictures and posts of new designs and ideas would be perfect! hope you like it!!
